This policy covers the website at marrowapps.com, operated by Marrow Group Pty Ltd (ABN 44 696 205 526) of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia ("Marrow Group", "we"). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What this website collects

This is an informational website. It has no accounts, forms or payment features. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver the site securely.

If you email us

If you contact us at admin@marrowapps.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Our apps

Each app has its own privacy policy that explains what that app collects. For William Marrow, see williammarrow.com/privacy-policy. Apps still in development (Mentis, Heart Team and Jamiya) will publish their policies before launch.

Disclosure and overseas processing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email (for example Cloudflare and our email provider), or where the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@marrowapps.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
